Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item has not been opened, used, or damaged and is returned in its original packaging.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

If the order has already been shipped, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Glowta reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
